Ro & I have a lot of CDs. We also have a lot of DVDs, books, computer games, and other items that we have no more shelf space for. On Monday we took ownership of the first PC we’ve owned for six years, a Dell Inspiron (quad core 2.4GHz; 8GB; 1TB). Yesterday I put a second terabyte disk in it.

The plan is to install OpenSolaris (so we can keep our data safe with ZFS), and virtualise an instance of Windows Vista (so iTunes can serve music over the network).
And that is this weekend’s project. Along with the following wedding tasks:
- Writing save-the-date, invitation, and thank-you copy;
- Looking at the Pantone book I borrowed from work;
- Investigate ceilidh bands, and photographers.
